This policy applies to JupiterSpec.com, JupiterSpec service requests, support requests sent to [email protected], and JupiterSpec-owned product or project pages that point back to this policy.
Secretless Supply is a JupiterSpec storefront/product line. Storefront checkout, fulfillment, and order tools may be operated through third-party platforms that have their own privacy practices.
If you email JupiterSpec, use the support page, or request a quote, you may provide your name, email address, site or product selection, order number, page URL, project context, and message details.
JupiterSpec uses that information to reply, route support, prepare a quote, troubleshoot a problem, or keep a practical record of the request.
Support messages are delivered to [email protected] or the connected email tools used by JupiterSpec. JupiterSpec may keep support emails and related notes as business records so follow-up is possible.
Please do not send passwords, bank details, SSNs, private keys, full payment card numbers, or account recovery codes through email or support forms.
JupiterSpec.com is a static public website and may use basic analytics or performance tools to understand page visits, broken paths, and site quality. Those tools can collect technical information such as browser, device, approximate location, referrer, and visited pages.
JupiterSpec does not use the public support form to create a customer database on this site.
Payments, invoices, checkout, and storefront orders may be handled by third-party processors or commerce platforms, including Stripe or storefront providers. JupiterSpec does not ask customers to send full card numbers by email and does not store full card numbers on JupiterSpec.com.
When you use a third-party checkout or storefront, that provider may collect and process payment, shipping, tax, fraud-prevention, and order information under its own policies.
JupiterSpec may share the minimum information needed with service providers that help operate email, hosting, analytics, checkout, fulfillment, or support. JupiterSpec does not sell support-request contents.
Records may be retained as long as useful for support, business administration, accounting, dispute handling, legal compliance, or security.
You can ask JupiterSpec to review, correct, or delete practical contact/support information when deletion does not conflict with business records, accounting, security, dispute, or legal obligations.
