These terms describe the basic rules for using JupiterSpec.com, requesting support, buying or requesting JupiterSpec services, and following links to JupiterSpec product/storefront surfaces.

JupiterSpec LLC operates JupiterSpec.com and related JupiterSpec services, support paths, public project pages, and product/storefront routing. Secretless Supply is a JupiterSpec storefront/product line.

JupiterSpec may provide website review, proof packaging, public-safe implementation, design, data/analytics presentation, audio/project support, digital resources, merchandise, and related consulting or support.
Specific quotes, invoices, checkout pages, written scopes, storefront listings, or project agreements can add details that apply to a particular purchase or service.
Do not use JupiterSpec pages, support paths, or services to send unlawful content, malicious files, abusive messages, credential dumps, private keys, full payment card numbers, account recovery codes, or private information you are not allowed to share.
JupiterSpec can decline, pause, or stop work that creates security, privacy, legal, payment, platform, or abuse risk.
Payments may be handled by third-party processors or storefront platforms, including Stripe or commerce providers. JupiterSpec does not ask customers to email full card numbers.
Unless a quote, invoice, checkout page, storefront policy, or written agreement says otherwise, fees for completed review, consulting, digital, or implementation work are not automatically refundable after work begins. For merchandise or storefront orders, JupiterSpec will route support through the applicable storefront, fulfillment, and order policies.
Public JupiterSpec materials and service outputs are practical business, design, technical, or operational support. They are not legal, tax, medical, financial, securities, or investment advice.
Any market, analytics, data, or business discussion should be reviewed independently before you rely on it for regulated, financial, legal, medical, or high-risk decisions.
JupiterSpec retains rights in its brand, site design, methods, internal workflows, templates, and pre-existing materials. Customers keep rights they already have in materials they provide.
Project-specific deliverable ownership, licenses, usage rights, and portfolio permissions should be handled in the applicable quote, written scope, invoice, or project agreement.
JupiterSpec aims to keep public pages and support paths useful, but the site and linked services can change, pause, or become unavailable. Third-party services, processors, storefronts, shipping providers, and email systems are outside JupiterSpec's full control.
To the extent allowed by law, JupiterSpec is not responsible for indirect losses, third-party platform outages, unsupported claims made by others, or misuse of public information beyond the specific service scope JupiterSpec accepted.
